Return Conditions
You have 45 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on ROMWE.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact ROMWE Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Final sales items and free gifts can't be returned.
NOTE:
1. Please do not return items at your own expense to the address on the shipping label or return label, that is not our return address and will affect your return process.
2. If you want to use the original shipping packaging to return items, please remove/cover the shipping label on the outside of the packaging to avoid your return being sent to you by mistake.

Note: You may be required to pay a flat fee of GBP 2.5 for a return label or QR code, which will be deducted from the refund.
How do I find the return label and QR code I generated?
Find the returned order in "My Orders" → Click "Order Details" → Click "Return & Refund Record" in the top right corner → Click "View" to download.
Refunds
Most returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your ROMWE wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note:
1.The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
2.If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
